Can't Print from PlanMaker

When I try to print, my Print Dialog Box has no option to choose a printer and won't print (it tries to make a PDF and makes a bad PDF). It's like the top portion of my print window is missing compared to the guide. Please advide.

Did you install printer driver in your macOS? Are you able to print using other apps?

I'm also having the same problem. I'm on MacOS 11.1 and am currently trialling NX as an Office replacement. I like almost everything so far, but if I can't print then it will be a deal breaker for me.

All of the required printer drivers are installed on my laptop and are up to date and function in other applications.

Are you able to print using SoftMaker Office NX trial or have the same problem there as well?
