Should I download fonts from your freefont.de website onto my mobile? I’d like to add some new fonts to my app textmaker planmaker presentation.I’m a bit wary of downloading from unfamiliar websites.
To be more specific: That website belongs to Softmaker
Thank you very much
A question about downloading fonts
Re: A question about downloading fonts
The fonts offered each month on the Freefont[dot]de web site are, in general, TrueType and OpenType copies of fonts that are taken from SoftMaker's Megafont NOW! collection. I have downloaded several of them in the OpenType version (I have Megafont NOW! but those are all TrueType) and used a few of them, and I have not encountered any problems with them.

But the question here is: Should my download fonts from Softmaker’s Freefont.de website onto your mobile phone?
Re: A question about downloading fonts
I do not understand your question. Is your phone an Apple iPhone, or an Android phone?

Re: A question about downloading fonts
On Android devices, fonts for use in SoftMaker Office are stored in a file directory (folder) called \Softmaker\Fonts. To make new fonts available in the SoftMaker Office apps, download the new fonts into that directory (folder).
Freefont[dot]de is safe. I have downloaded a number of fonts from that site.

Re: A question about downloading fonts
I should add that fonts downloaded from the freefonts[dot]de site are zipped. You will need to unzip the downloaded files and extract the actual .ttf or .otf file before copying it into the fonts directory on the android device.

Re: A question about downloading fonts
This is very strange: I managed to download the font from the freefont.de website onto my mobile phone
But why isn’t there an Android icon on the website?

I didn't know much about the English language, so I had to use a translation tool. I love Vietnam. My hometown
