A question by another user led me to look more closely at the fonts available in TextMaker when I open it on Android devices. When I use TextMaker on my Windows computers, I routinely use several fonts that are not available on the Android, and there are a number of fonts on the Android device that I do not have installed on my Windows computers.
I will begin copying the fonts I need onto my Android devices. Will anything be harmed if I delete fonts I will never use from the \SoftMaker\Fonts folder on the Android devices?
In the Windows version of TextMaker, it is possible to open a lst of installed fonts and uncheck the ones I don't ever intend to use, so they don't clutter up the list of fonts when working with documents. Is this possible in the Android version, as well?
Thank you.

Re: Fonts
Thanks for your query.
Yes, you can remove any fonts that you do not want to use.
Android: Delete the unwanted fonts from the SoftMaker Fonts folder.
Windows: Remove the unwanted fonts from the Windows Fonts folder.
Alternatively, on both operating systems, you can disable individual fonts by going to File > Options > Fonts and unchecking the fonts you do not want to use.

Re: Fonts
Thank you. I now have the most-used fonts from my Windows computer on my tablets, which allows me to open and edit documents across platforms.
The built-in font manager is a great feature. I don't know why I didn't know about it before now.
