I frequently deal with PDF documents in the PDF/A (Archival) format.
It would be helpful in FlexiPDF would display a message or header or flag of some kind that visibly and prominently notifies the user when a document is in PDF/A format.
In FlexiPDF, how to I disable PDF/A to allow editing the document?

I have forwarded this improvement suggestion.Woody44 wrote: Wed Jul 29, 2026 10:46 pm It would be helpful in FlexiPDF would display a message or header or flag of some kind that visibly and prominently notifies the user when a document is in PDF/A format.
FlexiPDF does not have a PDF/A mode that must be disabled. Open the file, edit it normally, and then select File | Save as to save it as a regular PDF. Do not select Save as PDF/A.Woody44 wrote: Wed Jul 29, 2026 10:46 pm In FlexiPDF, how to I disable PDF/A to allow editing the document?
If the editing tools are unavailable, check Document | Security. The document may have password-based editing restrictions, as PDF/A itself does not prevent editing in FlexiPDF.
For more information, please refer to the FlexiPDF manual.
