Hard to start

Here's a problem I had with TextMaker NX, PlanMaker NX and Presentations NX.

After the installation is complete, I start TextMaker NX. I see its name in the top left corner which means it is running (note: File, Edit, etc. are not present). However, no window appears. Clicking on the name TextMaker does nothing. If I two-finger tap the icon in the dock and tap "Show All Windows", the system says "No Available Windows". If I two-finger tap the icon in the dock and tap "Quit", it doesn't quit and I have to do Apple > Force quit > TextMaker NX.

However, since this time I write what I do as I do it, I leave more time between each action. And it appears that tapping "Quit" actually allows TextMaker to start (although it took a little of time). I guess clicking "Quit" closed something that was blocking the start of TextMaker NX. I closed it and reopened it several times. The problem seems fixed: it opens and it opens fast. PlanMaker NX and Presentations NX also start without problem and I didn't have to quit and wait: it solved the problem for the three apps in the same time.

We gave this a try but couldn't reproduce it on our side. That said, your theory makes sense —

Good to hear it's working smoothly now. Please report back if it reappears — especially after a fresh install or beta update — and we'll investigate further.
