The apt installation /etc/apt/sources.list.d/softmaker.sources file has the old format and has to be converted on Ubuntu

This is not an error, just a warning because Debian and Ubuntu will phase out the old format within 1 year.

Just make a backup and then replace the content with:

Types: deb
URIs: https://shop.softmaker.com/repo/apt
Suites: stable
Components: non-free
Signed-By: /etc/apt/keyrings/softmaker.gpg

Then run sudo apt update. That's it! (Make sure the keyring file exists first.)
