Text insertion caret remains black when editing text on dark slide backgrounds

When I am working on a presentation with a dark background with white text, the program defaults to having a black caret, making it very difficult to see the caret and where I am typing.

demo.mp4 is a video showing the caret being black on a dark background, and Test.pptx is a file with a dark background which can reproduce this issue.

Are there any solutions to this issue?

I was unable to reproduce the issue on my end. Please try reinstalling SoftMaker Office and check if the problem persists.
