Does Megafont NOW offer an equivalent for Felix Titling?

As far as I know, no, there is not any look-a-like to Felix Titling.

Remember that when it comes to fonts there are no equivalents. There are look-a-likes but drop-in replacements are not a thing.

Felix Titling seems to be available for free, anyway. Not sure about terms of use, however.

The license is accessible for example on the myfonts.com Web-Site:
On MyFonts they charge 45$ for the Regular font face, where did you find it for free?

Edit: I found the font on fontsgeeek.com but there, you do not even have the information about the author and no license at all...

Yes, I am aware that "equivalent" fonts are typically look-alikes, not direct replacements with identical font metrics. In this case, I did a book cover for a fledgling author using Felix Titling. I did it as a freebie, to help her self-publish her first novel.

Then she revealed that this was the first book in a four-book series. I don't think she's going to hire a cover artist for the next three, and I'm not going to do three more for free. I told her what fonts I used, but I don't think she has Felix Titling so I'd like to steer her to something that will look the same. I found multiple sites from which Felix Titling can be downloaded for free. They all say it's free for personal use. Using it for the cover of a book that will be sold is not (insofar as I understand it) personal use. If you plan to sell the book, it's a commercial use.

If Megafont NOW has a look-alike, she might (or might not) be interested in buying the package.
