Unfortunately it jammed rather often, so my new printer only has a single-side ADF (automatic document feeder). Also, duplex ADFs are really expensive.
To scan double-sided document, I now need to either manually scan the sides one by one, or I could automatically scan all odd pages and then all even pages and "weave" the documents together in FlexiPDF. I'd have to do that by reordering pages manually, though.
So I'd like to suggest an "ADF duplex" mode where FlexiPDF accepts two files, an odd and an even file, and the odd file may have at max one page more than the even file, and the mode would "weave" the PDFs into one file, alternatingly adding one odd and one even page, until all pages are added. That feature would basically enable all owners of single-side ADFs to do "duplex scans" with low jamming risk and no costs for the premium duplex ADF unit, creating an added value which alone would be worth buying FlexiPDF
