UI consistency

Post by pawelx » Tue Mar 24, 2020 8:06 am

I'm glad that the UI looks a little more consistent now. It's still not 100% consistent, though, and I'm sure the devs are aware of this. Buttons and scrollbars on panels and the controls in dialogue boxes still look very Win95. I understand that it might be due to compatibility issues with the toolkits used by a given desktop environment (if my idea of how it works is correct), but I just wanted to know if that's something that the Softmaker team will be trying to address, or whether it's too big a hurdle to overcome at this stage.

Thank you for your suggestion and for participating in the beta program. It's in our plans to update those elements in the future.

That's great! I was going to report this as well. Light theme for ribbon, especially.
