after installing SoftMaker Office on lubuntu does not open

Hello, I am new with SoftMaker Office and I have installed it on my pc with Lubuntu 18.04LTS and after the installation is finished and I am going to open the text maker or another one makes it open but does not open. That I have to do?

Hi, could you please do the following?:
1. open a terminal window
2. run the following command: TextMaker18 -debug
3. then send us the file /root/SoftMaker/Settings/tmlog.txt
