no product key

have registered and downloaded but no product key can be found . Waited 2 days for the email that was said to have the key but no email. what do I do now

I got textmaker. planmaker and presentations. Registered so that I can come on here but nothing in spam or anywhere else. Everytime I open textmaker or the others it asks me for a product key to which I don't have or cannot find anywhere on your site. Am I missing something, should I be looking else where. For the life of me I don't know

i deleted the 2016 program as i couldnt use it and downloaded the 2018 version and it never asked me to give a product key atall. I can use it without one. That goes for all the programs you supply. (free ) .Dont know about the ones you have to pay for

If FreeOffice 2018 is working and it doesn't prompt you for an activation code, it's because it's using the old one and everything is fine.
