Where is horizontal ruler

Today I installed the newest version (SoftMaker Office Pro 2018) and there was no horizontal ruler on TextMaker. (There was such a ruler at the top of the page, by default in my older version, TextMaker 2016.) I have looked in the PDF manual; and it simply states that the horizontal ruler is at the top of the page. NOT ON MY Page.

How can I active it to be there?

The ruler is on by default, so it seems you have turned it off by accident. View | Ruler will turn it on again.
