forum software prevents links to other posts

I wanted to add a link to another post in the same forum, but the forum software didn't let me because of it's spam prevention feature.

It should be easy to adapt the code so that it recognizes URLs pointing to it's own site, and lets these through.

You're right, but modding the board every time after an upgrade is a lot of work. Therefore we try to reduce modding to as few as possible.
Maybe we will implement a better spam protection mod soon.
