What programming language is SoftMaker built in?

Post by sumanrs » Tue Dec 19, 2006 8:46 pm

Just out of curiosity, what programming language is SoftMaker built in, and what libraries does it use?

I am CS research student trying to make cross-platform software, and have not been able to find a single programming language that is truly cross-platform, i.e., runs on PCs, Macs and PDAs. :(

So if you could provide some details, it would be much appreciated.

As far as I know we use C and C++. Additionally, we use our own toolkit to display dialogs. This way we can port the toolkit to other platforms more easily.

I think C and C++ is the language because i have the excellent command in that language, and I think I would also say that Php , because I know python is the great language but I don't have much knowledge about Php, So Php could be the language SoftMaker made of.
