Yes, Palm has its limitations, but I think it is much more stable. For example, during the 6 years I used it, I never had a sync problem. And you already know Pocket PC (I'm a user since last December) drives me crazy abou synchronization!!!

Even the new ActiveSync 4.5 -- released last week -- has the problem!
