Accessing iCloud from iPad

I have iCloud Drive turned on but do not see it listed as a source to open or save files to on iPad. What might be some reasons it does not show up?

Thank you for your post, but we are unable to reproduce this problem as we can see iCloud while opening and saving the files. Please share a screenshot of the issue for better understanding.
