Where can I get 2024 (as opposed to NX)
I'm a bit confused. It seems that only the NX version is available, although the installation package says 2024. I'm interested in the one-payment version. WIll there be a non-NX version for Linux?

Yes, there will be a 2024 version for Linux, Windows, and Mac, don't worry 
NX and 2024 are almost the same. NX has some extra features is a subscription (not a one-time purchase). We wanted users to test all features during beta, the reason why we are making the beta test with it.

I haven't had much time to try the beta, but I've noticed that Text Maker now finally has non-contiguous selection, so I'll definitely consider upgrading
