KDE Interface Sizing/Scaling issue

Installed on Arch Linux KDE Plasma on a HiDPi screen with scaling set at 150%.
SoftMaker so far is not honoring that and is practically unusable. Am still looking to see if I can adjust it somehow or what I might be missing.
Screen Resolution is 2880x1800 and Scaling set at 150%

Was able to manually increase the size through the Appearance Settings panel. Not quite matching the KDE sizes, but for now close enough. Though, it 'only' adjusted the font elements, not the icons. They remain tiny. Continue to hunt through the settings.

Have you tried Touch mode setting?
