Disable hyphenation

Hi, I have just installed FreePDF and find a lot of the settings in options are 'grey' and cannot be changed.
I checked the manual and it says "It is important that the set language matches the language of the document." but the language selection is also grey'd-out though it is indicating the correct language.
Would just deleting the hyphenation folder stop that from working?

The reason it's disabled is because FreePDF is a limited version of FlexiPDF.
