Can I use FreOffice for Mac offline?

Can I use FreOffice for Mac offline?

I have a Mac which does not connect to the internet.

If I connect it to the internet, download & install FreeeOffice, can I then disconnect it from the internet and continue to use FreeOffice?

Please activate after installation, then you can disconnect Internet.
