Data label connecting lines.

Why does PlanMaker delete the lines connecting the data boxes to the chart segments each time I close the programme? Can I somehow ensure that the lines always remain intact?

Could you please provide a sample file and some steps so we can reproduce the issue?
Or even better, provide a screen recording to show it? Screentogif is a great free software to do such recordings.
