Thanks for your post, but please share complete details of the problem. Is this related to SoftMaker Office 2021 or FreeOffice 2021?

My apologies, I thought this forum was for free office only..
The license key required. No internet connection. I got this error with plan, text and presentation.
However it seems to have resolved of its own this morning.
I clicked on the get licence key and received one.
