Update problem

I tried to run the update tool in free office and it kept saying 'no valid products found' so I downloaded the latest software and installed it but it would not run as it kept giving 'no UI language found' or something like that and a reinstall did not help, fortunately I still had the installer for the previous version I was using and it is running OK again.
So I wondered if there is any fix for these messages or any other way to update softmaker freeoffice?

Afraid I can't, as it would not work and I couldn't find any solutions I uninstalled it and moved on to different software.
