bug: Scaling doesn't work in wayland

Only free office is having scaling issues on Wayland KDE for me. I'm using 125% scaling.

I did test FreeOffice 2021 rev. 1062 on Manjaro KDE Plasma with the scaling 125% set. I can't find issues regarding this.
If you experience some problems please describe in more detail what you do step-by-step and what goes wrong. Screenshots and/or screen recordings would be helpful for us to get problems identified.
