Touch keyboard in Chromebook

Is it possible to activate the Chromebook touch keyboard to be used in SoftMaker Office?

Alternatively, is there a linux touch keyboard app that is possible to install in Chromebook machine?

The purpose is to be able to type documents using RTL languages.

Thanks for your post, but Chromebook is not supported operating system.
