Disdsable range of fonts

In my system (Ubuntu Cinnamon), I have a lot of fonts that begin with "Noto" that I would like to hide. In File>Options>Fonts, I can only individually hide fonts- I can't use shift to select chunks. Is there any way of doing this?

Space key, Cursor down, Space key, Cursor down etc.

You have to do it only once.
