Changing the working background

Post by jtreagan »

I have an eye condition that makes my eyes extra sensitive to light. It makes working with a pure white background difficult. My solution is to change the background in Textmaker to a very light grey, but the problem is that, when I then print, that background also prints. Is there a way to have a non-white working background that doesn't come through on printed copies? Thanks!

Please click on ribbon command File | Properties | View tab | Uncheck the option "Print page background" | OK. After this, you will not get background color on the printout.
