No zotero on references menu

there's no zotero integration on my menu. i already uninstall 2018 version before installing the 2021 version in Ubuntu 18.04 system

anybody know how to solve this? this feature is important for my academic writing/task
also is there something feature miss from my student license?

You are not getting the Zotero ribbon group there because this feature is not available in SoftMaker Office NX Home.

If this is very much required for your work I suggest you to switch to SoftMaker Office NX Universal or SoftMaker Office Professional: https://www.softmaker.com/en/shop-softmaker-office
