Use iterations

I keep getting a message to enable iterations in the calculations menu. But I have searched near and far but have been unable to find this section in options or the toolbar or the menu or in the 1,000 page manual. How do I enable iterations?

I found it, completely by chance. I have no idea why they would hide this menu like this and it most definitely needs to be changed to be easier to find. Formula/Update Data/Settings/Use Iterations.
