File format is not supported

Hi i've been working on a document for a while now, just tried to open it today after saving it a little while ago today and its not opening. I just worked on it also can you please help recover this file this isnt the first time its happened with me where I've essentially (I hope not) lost the file but this one I absolutely cannot lose how do I fix this? The tmdx file does not open neither does the bak file.
