Background Printing

Hello
I really enjoy your product and look at it as a great alternative to bulky big brother. I am having difficulty converting a document to a PDF and getting my background on the template i am using to show up. Is there a way to turn this on? My instructions assume I am using a Microsoft product.

Please go to File > Properties..., tab "View". Is "Print page background" checked?
