Slow opening on Windows laptop

Usually, I use SoftMaker on my Windows 11 PC without problems. I have just tried to open PlanMaker on my Windows 11 laptop and it has taken a long time to open. I then tried TextMaker and had the same problem.
All my other apps and programs open immediately.
Can anyone tell me what may be causing this problem, please?

Thanks for posting your problem. Please check and confirm that your default printer is online or offline at the time of starting the app.

Thanks for checking it. Please run TextMaker with -debug:

TextMaker.exe -debug

This creates the file tmlog.txt in Documents\SoftMaker. Post this file here or send it to forum (at) softmaker.com so that we can troubleshoot this problem. Also, share your sminfo file, which you can generate by clicking on '?' > About > Write system information.

I have tried to run the TextMaker.exe -debug but TextMaker opens with a blank document and the text file does not appear in Documents\SoftMaker. I must be doing something wrong!

Thanks for trying. Please unzip the attached file and run the bat file, which will produce a tmlog.txt file for you.
