Is it possible to open two or more files at the same time ? Or two instances of Flexipdf? How ?

Yes, you can open multiple PDF files in FlexiPDF simple by double-clicking on multiple files one by one if FlexiPDF is your default PDF application. Or you can use "Open with" if it's not default program. If you open FlexiPDF multiple times that will also initiate multiple instances of FlexiPDF.
