FlexiPDF Professional 2019 for Windows 10

FlexiPDF Professional 2019 gives "Out of memory" error when trying to open in Windows 10.

Thanks for reporting this problem. Please share some more details about this problem so that we can do a further investigation :
1. Please share a screenshot of the error which you are getting.
2. Are you getting this error
a) with any specific PDF file or all PDF files?
b) while doing any specific action/steps or this error is always there?
3. Please let us know if other applications also running in the background, please take a screenshot of your task manager sorting with memory for a better understanding of memory utilization.
4. Please share your computer configuration i.e. how much memory you have.

I have a Dell Inspiron 3793 Memory: 8 GB, Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1065G7 CPU @ 1.30GHz[Cores 4] [Logical/Core 2], Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 Home 64Bit, 2TB HDD. Thanks for any help.

I am unable to reproduce this error. I sent you a request to approve this screenshot access on Google drive. You can also upload the screenshot here on this post instead of the long Google drive process.

I downloaded the 2017 version and it works, but I can't use my product key for the FlexiPDF Professional 2019 for Windows 10 to activate the 2017 version.

You can do it simply by first clicking on Attachments below this text box where you type the reply and then Add files button in the new tab. Please see the attached screenshot for your reference.
