Slow loading PDFs

I recently purchased this tool and it is very slow loading PDFs. Comparing to other tools like FoxIt, PDFExpress, etc. Also, I have a PDF with clickable pop-up info and this does not work in FlexiPDF. How can I enable this functionality?

Here is the file. In other tools (FoxIt, Adobe) you can click the blue parts and a pop-up appears showing you more info on them.

I didn't experience the slow loading in the development build, so probably the issue will be fixed in the next update.
Regarding the tooltips, I forwarded the request to the developers, thanks.
