Printer Driver seems not to work anymore

Just to be sure: Do you see the PDF files in c:\ProgramData\TEMP? (look at the timestamp to verify you are looking at current files)

In that case, it seems like you are not running FlexiPDF 2.0.1 but 2.0.0. That was the exact problem that got fixed by 2.0.1.

The version I have is 2.0.1, that is what shows when I click the Help and About buttons. And yes I am able to find them by the timestamp in the temp file folder.

Anything else I can try? If not I will have to download another program.

In the temp folder (C:\ProgramData\TEMP) there should be an .ini file created together with the PDF file. Could you please send us both files to forum(at)softmaker.com referring to this thread or attach them here? Both files would help the developers to find out what's wrong with your installation.

Not sure if this is the file your referring to, but here is the file located right beside the PDF and the PDF itself.

The problem concerning the clipping masks that appeared when printing e-mails as PDFs has been fixed by the developers.

It shouldn't occur any longer with future versions of FlexiPDF 2019.
