Can't activate the program

The product key which I got when I bought the program is continually rejected. Does anyone else have this problem?

What is the error message? Also, please verify that you try to enter the key in FlexiPDF 2019 and not 2017.

There are no other customers reporting this issue. Are you working behind a proxy server? It is possible that FlexiPDF cannot reach the license server.

I reported this problem within the last week. Support suggested Comodo Firewall may be the problem.
I spent the last few days trying everything connected with antivirus/firewalls. Nothing works with regards to Windows10 64 Bit (vmware & virtualbox).
Tried one last time in Win 7 64 Bit (virtualbox) with exact same Comodo and DID NOT disable anything and the activation completed flawlessly.
I had no trouble with Flexi 2017 on either Win 10 machines.
