Hi, please disable your firewall during activation or add licensing.softmaker.com (or *.softmaker.com) to your firewall's list of trusted sites.

My firewall is not activated and I'm still getting the message this other user is getting. Is there some other way to get a key?

Is there any way for me to get the product key? My firewall is turned off and I am using Mac OS 10.11.06.

I am trying to activate FreeOffice.
I can't access the "about" information so I don't know the version.
Screenshot attached. (Apologies for repeats.)

My firewall is not active.
My Mac OS is 10.11.6

hello Hunter Girl.
Did you ever get any help on your problem?
I'm experiencing the same problem with my MacBook version 10.11.06.
best regards :-) BB

Haven't had any luck with this yet. An email I received in July suggested I register the software and they'd send me the product key by email, but of course you can't register the software without the product key.

The latest exchange says the problem is with my Mac's settings, but I have no idea what to change. I can't find a place to tell my computer to allo licensing.softmaker.com on port 443. I'm willing to try anything but I have no idea how to do this.

We are in the process of releasing a new revision of FreeOffice which uses simple http on the Mac, as some Macs have trouble supporting https in FreeOffice.
