[openSUSE Leap 42.3] 2018 version still crashes FVWM

Post by caiocco » Thu May 17, 2018 3:29 am

Hello everyone!

I am glad to see SoftMaker releasing FreeOffice 2018 for Linux, but I need to say that it continues to crash FVWM (I reported this issue in the past, back then I was testing the beta version for the full office suite  viewtopic.php?t=17508).

For while I stick with the 2016 version, but I am really excited to migrate to the 2018 version. :D

Thanks in advance!

The crash you reported in the other thread was reported as solved. Are you sure that it now crashes for the same reasons? What exactly have you done when it crashed? Could you please send us the logfile, which you can create with strace (e.g. strace -f textmaker18 2>output.txt and then proceed to cause the crash)?
