Product Code Error

I am a new user to this program. I opened TextMaker to use it, I punched in the product code that was emailed to me, and the error I got was:
"An internal error (-7) occurred. Please try again.
If this problem persists, please contact SoftMaker customer support."

As I looked at the site Customer Support does not exist for the FreeOffice - just the forum.
So I went back, re-downloaded the item for a new product code and the same error pops up.


Could anyone please help me? I really would like to try out this program.

There´s no connection to our license server.
I think it´s a problem of the firewall, Windows Defender or any other anti virus software.
Especially Comodo is blocking ...

My firewalls aren't blocking the code fro what I can see - I can try again...

Any suggestions if that doesn't work?

Are you using Comodo Internet Security?

We could reproduce error -7 exactly with this product. We have contacted the manufacturer, but in the meantime you need to turn their product off to be able to unlock FreeOffice.

I am and I've done just that - I turned it off and I am still getting the error unfortunately.

Another customer recently wrote to us:
Simply switching off/disabling all the tools/programs connected to Comodo didn't work BUT totally closing the whole COMODO program finally worked!
