The shortcuts

Post by DenisC » Wed Jul 17, 2019 11:14 am

Hello,

I'm trying to figure out how to create shortcuts.
For example, to insert the current date, in Excel the combination is: Ctrl + Shift + ;

Can we do the same in FreeOffice 2018 and if so how ?

Thank you in advance for your answers.

Denis

Hi, currently in PlanMaker CTRL+. inserts the current date and CTRL+SHIFT+. inserts the current time.

In FreeOffice, you can't customize the keyboard. In the commercial version, SoftMaker Office, proceed as follows:

In order for you to customize keyboard shortcuts:
1. right-click the ribbon of icons > Customize Ribbon... > Quicksearch
2. Type "date" in the box (without the quotes).
3. See the current shortcut at the bottom and add a new one if needed
