Downloading Service Pack for Mac

Post by Dicky »

It seems now that to download the latest service pack (e.g. 933) the only way to do this is to download the setup program for the current revision (that is the only active link on the Service Pack page). Is this correct?

The last time I did this I thought that some of my customised settings were over-ridden in the process, e.g. my Smart Text entries were screwed up.

What should I do to ensure my current settings are retained?

I updated SoftMaker Office 2018 rev.931 to rev.933 on a Mac mini with macOS 10.13.1 High Sierra. All SmartText is kept and no settings (like user interface language or used ribbons) are lost.
