Crash

Post by alainb »

I'm using PlanMaker 2018 - Revision 928.0313 - on Ubuntu 16.04.
Sometimes the program crashes while manipulating data (e.g. using filters). The program gets immediately closed, and I get no error message.
Is this a known issue?

I haven't found the steps to systematically reproduce this crash yet.
Is there a way to start the program in debug mode so you can get any clue why/when this happens?

Yes, you can start the program with the parameter -debug, which should create a logfile. Please send us the file to forum(at)softmaker.com whenever the crash happens again together with a step-by-step instruction what you did.
