Cedilla does not work under kde
Cedilla does not work under kde
Infos here. Cedilla works in all other apps but SoftMaker office where it delivers a ć. What might I be missing?

Check the XKB settings using the following command:
setxkbmap -print -verbose 10
Make sure the layout and model are set correctly. If you adjust your settings on kde, the changes should be visible with
setxkbmap
You can also check /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/00-keyboard.conf and make sure the information is correct there too.
