Expired trial does not open to receive new license

I got a promo from giveaway and installed it over a prior trial that ended already.

Office does not proceed so I can enter serial

If you have used a free promo key before, you cannot use another promotional key on the same computer. At some point, we expect you to purchase the software if you use it permanently.

how can i uninstall so2018 fully?

If the install was a 30 day trial, you should be able to unlock it even with a promo key. What is the error message that you receive?

This does not make sense to me. Uninstall SoftMaker Office, install it again and try again.

Delete the SoftMaker/Settings folder in your home folder and try again.

i dont have yet superuser password... when i uninstall it it requires it
