HiDPI problems

Hi everyone! I have a little frustrating problem with Softmaker Office 2018 Universal. I'm using it on my laptop with HiDPI display (15,6" with 4k resolution) on Linux (OpenSUSE Leap 42.3 with GNOME3 3.20). I'm adjusting setting in apperance menu, but It scales only menus, not "workspace area" ( screenshots attached). What's more funny, scalling works fully on FreeOffice 2016 version of Softmaker Office suite. What can I do now? I was trying to contact support, but they claim that "I don't make a question" so I'm going here. Screenshots below:
