Problems with saving as PDF

Post by 7zRFgLx2 »

Hello all,

I'm new to this forum, using Soft-Maker Office (professionell?) 2018 on a windows 8.1 machine. I don't know the current built-version, there is no "Help\About" anymore (or I can't find it).

Currently I do have a lot of problems with Presentations, especially with saving as PDF. Using "Export as pdf", all my 3D objects are totally destroyed!

The picture shows to rectangles without filling, as they show up in the pdf.

Using "file\print" selection "Adope PDF printer" works in general (minor defects to 3D objects), but I can not manage to print into landscape format. The resulting portrait format however, has left empty the lower half of the page. There is no difference between .prd and .pptx
That drives me cracy, as I need to distribute my presentation.

Using the clipbloard, to copy and paste the 3D object into irfan-view or any program, also doesn't work. The only work-around currently is to take a screen-shot while editing a page, and place the 3D-object part, above the 3D-object.

Any hint how to solve this problem?

for Help=>About, just click on the "?" icon and then on "About".

Hello all,

is there any solution available in the meantime?
After opening my presentation, a few weeks later, I found that all my 3D opbjects in the presentation are "destroyed" as well. There is a filling inside the objects, which I can not switch off anymore.
I could send a sample file too, as in the current state presentations becomes really usesless to me.

Please accept our apologize for the long delay. Due to a very heavy amount of inquiries it was unfortunately not possible to answer earlier.
Could you please send us the file again for analysis? I'm not being able to find it ...

Any findings so far?

Hi, I wasn't able to reproduce the issues when generating the PDFs from File | Export as PDF. I used v970. See attached PDFs

I was able to reproduce the resistors/impedance/power supply connector issue, so I'm going to report it to the developers.
