Speaking of characters, are Greek ones available? Because I have to do a huge data folder regarding these villas for sale in Athens for the company I work for, and some of the data I need to add will be in Greek (addresses, names etc). Do I need to use special characters, or can I just copy-paste Greek text from the Internet?

Yes, Greek is supported if you select UTF-8 for the codepage of your database. You may then copy+paste.
