Read-only recommendation completely ignored

Read-only recommendation completely ignored

Hi,
I'd just wanted to point out that PlanMaker not only completely ignores the Read-Only recommendation settings in Excel files, but it will destroy this information too if the file is saved.

I am stumped. What are "read-only recommendations" in Excel files?
